Project Home is an exciting concept offering a Design and Project Management Service for homeowners throughout Yorkshire and Lancashire. Our continuous success means that we are looking to expand our database of contractors in these two area's.

Building Contractors

If you are a building contractor and have an excellent track record in the delivery of new builds, extensions and alterations in the domestic market then we want to hear from you. In return for a small monthly fee we will offer you a flow of good quality enquiries for work in your area. All your payments will be made directly by the homeowner and Project Home will ensure that your customer is able to make those payments.

In order to ensure that we can match contractors to their size and capabilities we have split our work into four classifications based upon project size as follows:

• Projects up to £30K in Value

• Projects from £31K to £100K in Value

• Projects from £101K to £300K in Value

• Projects above £301K in Value

Quality and Service

We need to ensure that our homeowners receive the best service possible in an industry where this is not always the case. In order to do that you we will undertake and complete an annual pre-qualification process. This will help you to improve the efficiency and professionalism of your business and will help take you to the next level in terms of profitability. In addition you will be required to be members of the Federation of Master Builders and to have all relevant insurances in place.
