Of course it is important that your project is completed to the standard that you expect, that everything works, that everything is complete and that you are given a file which lists all the products and materials that have been used in your build, together with all guarantees and certificates in order that you can maintain your home for years to come.

If you opt for our Project Management Service we will make sure that the works are handed over to you with all defects corrected, with the handover file complete and correct, that everything is tested and working. We will also review and adjust the builders final account to ensure that you do not pay more than you should.

Six months after completion of the work we will return to your house to undertake a further full inspection and where necessary we will ensure that the builder returns to site to correct any post handover defects or problems before their final payment is made.

The 4 Stages of Project Delivery

Stage 1

Defects Inspection

Our PM will ensure that all works are complete and defects rectified prior to official handover to you

Stage 2

Documents

We will ensure that you receive Building Control and all other certification in a property handover file

Stage 3

Final Account

We will go through the builders Final Account and make sure that everything is in order before sign off

Stage 4

6 Month Defects

Our PM will return to site 6 months after completion to do a final inspection before releasing the final payment
