Once you contact us and we have determined that your ideas will have a good chance of obtaining the necessary consents and you have provided us with basic information, we will arrange a site meeting to take measurements and to discuss your ideas in detail.

The next step will be to prepare a full set of drawings for planning submission. We will complete all the forms and manage the planning process on your behalf. From visiting site and obtaining all the required information we aim to submit a planning application within 2 weeks.

Once planning consent has been obtained we will get to work on the package required for the Building Regulation approval process. This requires us to provide more detailed technical drawings and structural information, but don't worry we will manage everything. Again we aim to complete all of this work and submit the documention within 4 weeks of the receipt of planning approval.

The final part of the design process involves the production of further construction drawings. On smaller schemes this stage may not be needed but if your project is a larger one then some further information may be required. We will discuss all this with you in the initial assessment.

The 4 Stages of Our Design Process

Stage 1

Site Meeting

Meet with your architect. They will complete a site survey then discuss, sketch and agree your idea's

Stage 2

Prepare Drawings

We prepare your drawings on CAD and send them to you for approval. You can make changes as required

Stage 3

Town Planning

Your drawings we will be submitted for Planning Approval and we manage the whole process

Stage 4

Building Regs

When planning consent is received we prepare and submit drawings to building control
